Quiet reflection

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas day. We're still getting over some illnesses in this household so it was one of the quietest holidays on record. Our trips to the outside world were small and essential; a run in Central Park (where I snapped the shot above), a pop down to a shop for milk or a quick walk for the dog. Just a few posts out there today:

Food

Nothing makes me feel warmer than hot chocolate, so I'm planning on making this version shared on Mint today by The FauxMartha.

I kind of wish I'd seen this Christmas day brunch post from Two Peas and Their Pod, oh, about 12 hours ago. Saving it for next year.
